A member of the salaried team at the Le Cabaret Vert festival (Charleville-Mézières/08) between 2009 and 2024, in 2015 Jean PERRISSIN was entrusted with managing the sustainable development activities of the Ardennes festival.
Applying the Cabaret Vert's commitments through its environmental and sustainable catering charters, a deliberate policy of short circuits that excludes agri-food products, waste collection and reduction, stakeholder involvement, a socio-economic impact study, a carbon footprint, a transport plan, coordination of the Interreg V DEMO project with a dozen Franco-Belgian cultural operators and the programming of round tables and workshops ; These past years have given her a thorough understanding of the challenges facing the cultural sector in a context of climate change, multi-factorial crises and societal upheaval.
Now, as an independent Eco-Conseiller, he is working alongside festivals, venues and federations of contemporary music and other cultural operators (libraries and media libraries, collectives, artists, local authorities, etc.) to help them redirect and ecologically transform the cultural sector.
